Product features
Composite switch is a device that connects high voltage and high current thyristors in parallel with the contacts of a magnetic holding relay. It is controlled by a microcomputer to automatically find the optimal input point and cutoff point, achieving voltage zero crossing input and current zero crossing cutoff. The on/off moment is completed by the thyristors, and the operating current is triggered by the pulse voltage of the magnetic holding relay to close the contacts.
The composite switch uses a thyristor switch and a magnetic holding switch to operate in parallel. It has the advantage of thyristor zero crossing switching at the moment of connection and disconnection, and also has the advantage of zero power consumption of the magnetic holding switch during normal connection.
Composite switches have significant advantages such as no impact, low power consumption, and high lifespan. They can replace contactors or thyristor switches and are widely used in the field of low-voltage reactive power compensation.
